"Signed up with State Farm only to find out that I was dropped from their coverage a month later due to some underwriting decision. I had to pay the month I was covered but that turned into a complicated hassle with submitting payment to then be return back to me. In calling the local office they weren't able to assist in covering the charge as customer courtesy or correctly setting up the policy in the first place. Highly don't recommend using State Farm or this Insurance office, there are better options for customer service. Sadly wished they did a better job in trying to keep me as a customer with them."

"Hank Gerdes Office, and, specifically, Parker have been extremely attentive, punctual, and thorough. From estimating my insurance costs, recommending specific coverage, and, most recently, walking me through the claims process, they have displayed exceptional service. They even called me several days after the claim closed to ensure all was orchestrated effectively. I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs!"
